Most problems today are technique or camera settings.. not software, not hardware and not always the computer. Most digital cameras now have good systems on auto setting.. but they can always be baffled once in a while. Often changing all settings back to the manufacturers default setting will provide a quick and effective solution. Another frequent fix is changing memory cards or batteries. Of course sometimes a big drop on to concrete or dunking in jam or seawater will create a major problem. Then your first stop is a good repair shop and a chat to your insurer...good luck!!
